DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) has been executed electronically in accordance with
the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the products
ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website, including product features,
sales price, delivery, and return conditions.

4. DELIVERY TERMS
- The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER during the order process.
- Under normal conditions, orders are shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- The SELLER shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
- The BUYER must inspect the product upon delivery and prepare a report in case of damage.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods offered by the SELLER.
- The BUYER is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the BUYER.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Withdrawal notifications may be made via email or phone.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
- Used water treatment systems and opened filters/consumables are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- The SELLER shall refund the payment within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
7. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Opened consumables (filters, cartridges, etc.)
- Installed or used water treatment systems
8. RETURN CONDITIONS
- All accessories must be returned completely.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging.
- Returns may be rejected if signs of use or damage are detected.
- In case of defective products, return shipping costs are borne by the SELLER.
9. WARRANTY AND SERVICE TERMS
- Bluewater products are covered by the statutory warranty period.
- Warranty does not cover user errors or unauthorized interventions.
- Technical service is provided by authorized Bluewater service centers.
10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The BUYER’s personal data is protected in accordance with data protection legislation.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts
at the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
12. EFFECTIVE DATE
By approving this contract electronically, the BUYER is deemed to have read,
understood, and accepted all terms herein.
