CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

These terms apply to all products and services purchased from Bluewater and regulate cancellation, return, and exchange procedures. The most up-to-date version published on the website shall prevail.

1. General Provisions

  • This policy has been prepared in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation.
  • Presentation of an invoice or receipt is mandatory for all return transactions.
  • Return conditions vary depending on the nature of the product or service and are specified below.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Notification of withdrawal may be made through the following communication channels:
  • The product must be returned complete, including all accessories and documentation, and preferably in its original packaging.
  • Once the returned product reaches Bluewater, the refund will be processed within 14 days in accordance with applicable legislation.

3. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

  • Used or installed water treatment systems
  • Opened filters, cartridges, and other consumable products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

4. Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • There must be no breakage, scratches, impact damage, or liquid contact.
  • All accessories and complementary parts must be included.
  • Returns may be rejected if signs of use or missing components are detected.

5. Returns via Shipping

  • Shipping procedures and costs for returns made under the right of withdrawal are evaluated in accordance with legislation and implementation principles.
  • For defective or faulty products, shipping costs are covered by Bluewater.
  • In cases of return due to customer preference, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

6. Defective Product Procedure

  • If shipping damage is detected, it is recommended to prepare a damage report with the courier upon delivery.
  • In the absence of such a report, evaluation of shipping damage may be limited.
  • If a defect is confirmed after technical inspection, one of the following options will be applied:
    • Free repair
    • Product replacement
    • Refund

7. Installation and Assembly Services

  • If the installation service has been fully completed, the service fee is non-refundable.
  • Even if the product is returned, installation service fees are not subject to refund.

8. Commercial Customers

  • The right of withdrawal may not apply to commercial or corporate purchases.
  • Return conditions are subject to the relevant commercial agreements.
  • Returns are not accepted for used or project-specific products.

9. Refund Process

  • After return approval, refunds are processed using the same payment method whenever possible.
  • Due to bank or payment provider processing times, refunds may take 1–7 business days to reflect in the account.
